Long-term Credit Impact of Clinical Quality

you can find a report from Moody's Investors Service entitled "Improving Clinical Quality And Patient Safety Of Greater Importance To Not-For-Profit Hospitals: Long-Term Credit Impact Positive." Two of the main points are that increased quality translates into better financial performance, and that commitment of the Board of Trustees is crucial to a successful patient quality strategy.

Could we tie libraries into the first of these points? We cannot state flatly that libraries follow the same pattern, because we have not done studies to prove this. But we can develop a cohesive, credible statement that libraries are a piece in the quality/patient safety solution, and back up THAT by citing studies. Any comments?
